 
Call Recordings
All facility calls are recorded and stored for the life of the contract
between facility and ATN, Inc. These calls can be retrieve remotely using
WatchDog's user interface or via Audio CD from AmTel headquarters in St.
Mary's Georgia. Customer service agents will occasionally use these recordings
to determine credits or provide customers better service.
The investigators best friend allows your facilities staff to use the
recordings to stop criminal activity before it happens. There have been
many inmates caught negotiating contraband transactions over our lines.
It is a priority for us to assist you in keeping your facility secure.
Visitation Call Recordings
All Visitation Phones are wired through the Inmate Telephone System for
monitoring and recording. Automatically timed visitation sessions save
Staff time. If desired, the system can be programmed to require valid
PIN or RFID detection to start sessions and reports can be generated to
show activity.
