AmTel’s call center is tailored to the inmate telecom market for the purpose of managing pre-paid calling services such as Pre-Paid collect calls, credit card calls, and inmate voice-mail.

Corrections Experience
All of our operators are trained specifically to handle calls from inmates, friends, and families. In addition, our representatives are thoroughly trained on all inmate telephone systems to better research call records and troubleshoot.

InTouch Inmate Assistance Hotline
This service, unique to the industry, allows inmates to call directly into our call center to report calling problems and equipment failures. This service will virtually eliminate complaints from the inmates to the facility staff.
