InTouch Inmate Hotline

AmTel’s call center is tailored to the inmate telecom market for the purpose of managing pre-paid calling services such as Pre-Paid collect calls, credit card calls, and inmate voice-mail.

InTouch Inmate Assistance Hotline

This unique service allows inmates to call directly into our call center to report calling problems and equipment failures. This service will virtually eliminate complaints from the inmates to the facility staff.

Corrections Experience
All of our operators are trained specifically to handle calls from inmates, friends, and families. In addition, our representatives are thoroughly trained on all inmate telephone systems to better research call records and troubleshoot.

Increased Revenues
Perhaps the most important aspect of this service is increased revenue. Inmates unable to complete calls are able to receive assistance from our operators to reach their called parties. Facilities utilizing the In-Touch service have shown revenue increases of as much as 20%.

Hours of Operation
Our call center is open everyday year round from 8AM to Midnight Eastern time. Bi-lingual operators serve on every shift.
