PIN

Use PINs (personal identification numbers) to define call-processing parameters for a list of phone numbers that are only valid for individual inmates.

PINs can be entered as numbers, letters, or letters and numbers. The actual PIN is stored as its numeric value based on the telephone keypad. You can set call length timing classes, set a limit of the number of calls allowed, set a recording permission level, or you can enable or disable a PINor PIN phone number for calling.
