TOLL
LIMITS
For our direct dialing plans, the amount of credit you are eligible for
will be limited by ATN to $25.00 for overall usage. Customers exceeding
this limit will be blocked from receiving further collect calls. A Discount
Dialing Plan will be mandatory for all customers blocked for excessive
credit balances. Once your account is set up as prepay, it will stay prepay.
Credit limits are subject to change without notice.
DISCOUNT DIALING PLAN
Customers can avoid any interruption in service and save up to 10%, by
utilizing a Discount Dialing Plan. Discount Dialing accounts can only
be set up by the phone owner. Accounts blocked for non-payment, bad debt,
or collections activities, will be required to first settle any outstanding
amounts due on account, prior to the establishment of a prepaid or debit
calling program. Customers with newly issued phone numbers that wish to
receive calls from a specific inmate facility, can also receive calls
using a prepaid or debit calling plan before the phone number validates.
Collect calls will be denied to cellular phones, CLEC'S (Competitive Local
Exchange Carriers), un-billable exchanges, overdue accounts, and phone
numbers having a collect call block on the phone line. This will require
a mandatory Discount Dialing account.
